  George Kopitsas
  VP Sport Events

  Known to many as just George who has all the connections in every corner of the world to make the impossible possible, George is one of the founders of Isfield. 
  With many years of working experience in tourism (since 1993), George is now a veteran in Winter and Summer games, knowing better than anyone else what is needed and how it is to be found. George has studied Economics at the University of Athens.

  

  Frenk Greeven
  Managing Director of Isfield

  Frenk was Isfield’ s local magician in Rio 2016. Anything you needed, Frenk made it happen always with a smile and never-ending patience. 
  Frenk is from Amsterdam but has been living in Rio since 2010. 
  After successfully working together in Rio, he is now part of the team and the Managing Director of Isfield.
  

  Anna Giulia Bifani
  Operations Coordinator Japan

  Anna is Italian and loves Japan! 
  She has studied Japanese at the University of Foreign Languages in Venice and then moved to live in Tokyo since some years now. Fluent also in English and French, is a valuable addition to our Operational team. 
  Always discrete, smiling and polite, manages to have an excellent cooperation with her Japanese colleagues and very much appreciated by all clients for her courtesy and efficiency.

  

  Doug Ingram
  Isfield consultant for North America (ex-Senior Director of Games USOC)

  Doug brings a wealth of Olympic Games planning experience to our team. 
  For 26 years he was employed by the  US Olympic Committee, leading programs in Games Operations/Logistics
  as well as coaching, medicine and science services for US athletes at 14 Olympic Games. 
  Prior to coming to the USOC, Doug coached swimming for 24 years including serving on the US Olympic Swimming Staff in 1984 and 1988.
  

  Despina Skeva
  Sales Manager

  Despina’s first Olympic Games were in Athens 2004, then she joined the team again right after the Beijing Olympics. 
  She always enjoyed creating a warm hospitality environment for guests, over almost 20 years in the tourism industry. Her sharp attention to detail, her solution-focused approach and her enthusiasm for improving sales and operational efficiency and optimizing processes makes her a great fit for our team dynamics. 
  When not focusing on constantly developing her skills, she enjoys hiking along mountain trails and reading.

  

  Leda Tsoukia
  Logistics Manager

  Leda, has exceptional organizational and intercultural skills. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish and she is beginner in Brazilian Portuguese. Always worked in international environment and lived abroad extensively.
  She is the one to take care of our customers and make sure all services are delivered in the highest possible quality. Trained as ISO internal inspector she is taking care also of the good practices in the company as well as the company's environmental awareness.
  

  Margherita Clerici
  Operations Account Manager

  Margherita has worked with the company during the Olympics 2020 Tokyo. In Tokyo she ook care of the OBS accommodation needs and in Paris 2024 she was responsible for NBC group. 
  She is very organized, quick and efficient in trouble shooting, full of positive energy and a very polite attitude both with guests and providers. She is fluent in English, with Italian being her mother
  tongue. 
  New challenges, new experiences as well as taking care of the others are her passions, what makes her a valuable team member and a peace of mind for the guests.
  
   

  

  Eva Papadopoulou
  Operations Manager

  Eva has recently joined the team, doing her internship with us for the Paris Olympic Games of 2024. 
  She has excellent organizational and intercultural skills that give her the right background for a quick and efficient adaptability. 
  Mother tongue Greek, she is also fluent in English.
  

  Salah Aldin Falioun
  Hospitality Services & Logistics Manager

  Salah Aldin Falioun has a decade of international experience in hospitality services, administration, and client support across Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia.
  He previously collaborated with Isfield during the Tokyo Olympic Games, supporting client services under COVID-19 conditions.
  With a strong background in coordination, reporting, and multilingual communication, Salah brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to supporting Isfield’s clients for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.

  

  Nicholas Lundmark
  Operations Account Manager

  Nicholas has recently joined the team, doing her internship with us for the Paris Olympic  Games of 2024.
  He is enthusiastic and very organized. 
  Great asset for the team his knowledge to technology issues. 
  Mother tongue English, he is also fluent in Italian.
  

  Lavinia Arrabito
  Operations Account Manager

  Lavinia has worked  with the company during the Olympics 2020 Tokyo. In Paris 20204 she was the Account manager for OBS group. 
  Always diligent and cooperative, curious, enthusiastic and a creative team player. 
  She is fluent in English, with Italian being her mother tongue.

  

  Pauline Deramond
  Operations Account Manager.

  Pauline has always enjoyed creating a warm hospitality environment for guests, over almost 15 years in the tourism industry. 
  Her sharp attention to detail, her solution-focused approach and her enthusiasm makes her a great fit for our team dynamics. 
  She is French and fluently in English.

  Operations Assistance

  Diane is the youngest addition to the team with abundance of enthusiasm to learn new things, overcome challenges and a determination to be of help. 
  She is French and fluently in English. 
  She is a hard worker who puts in the best effort to complete tasks and yield the best results.
